My mission is to help and inspire others to become their best versions of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. I imagine a world where the vast majority aren't limited by their physical capabilities. I aspire to help people start by building a strong foundation, this will result in strengthened muscles around joints, building stronger and denser bones, improved cardiovascular health and lower blood pressure. Holtsville, New York. We aspire to prevent injuries, while improving performance. My clients range from individuals recovering from injuries or even chronic pain in need of corrective exercise, to Division 1 athletes and even people training to become elite powerlifters. This being said I am well versed to help you achieve your goal, no matter if you are just starting your fitness journey or are a more advanced lifter. I myself am striving to become my best self everyday, I want to get the most out of my life and seek constant growth and improvement everyday. My own training consists mostly of strength, hypotrophy, and function training; as well as my mixed martial arts training. I love forward to working with you in your training and helping you accomplish your goal!
