Build your fitness foundation! Entry level program for those starting their fitness journey! In this program we will work on building a strong foundation. A strong foundation starts by building a stronger core and ensuring our joints such as our hips, knees, and shoulders are healthy and have proper range of motion.
A step up we have our intermediate program. This program is for someone who already has a good foundation and ready to take it to the next level. If you have been training for a year or more and are starting to get more advanced in the gym, this is the program for you! This program incorporates a 4 day split not leaving any muscle group out of the mix!
The elite level program is suited best for someone who has already built their foundation and has been training for at least 2 years. This program incorporates a 6 day split and we target major muscle groups 2 times a week. (with enough rest of course) . We use major compound lifts, so foundation and form are key! I will teach you proper form throughout the program, however everything is programed assuming you have an advance level foundation.
